OWNER’S REP

An Owner’s Representative (Owner’s Rep) acts as the client’s advocate, representing the owner's interests throughout the construction process. The Owner’s Rep focuses on ensuring that the project aligns with the owner's vision, goals, and budget. They handle high-level oversight, make key decisions on behalf of the owner, and ensure clear communication between the owner and all project stakeholders. The Owner's Rep is involved from the planning stages through to project completion, making sure the owner’s expectations are met or exceeded.

PROJECT MANAGER

A Project Manager (PM), on the other hand, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the project. The PM works on-site, coordinating the work of contractors and subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring the project is progressing according to plan. While the PM focuses on the operational aspects of the project, such as meeting deadlines and maintaining quality, they report to either the general contractor or the owner depending on the project setup.

SITE INSPECTOR

A Construction Site Inspector makes sure the design is carried out with high quality. They check every stage of construction to ensure everything matches the approved plans. From choosing materials to overseeing work, the inspector collaborates with contractors and project managers to uphold quality standards. By regularly inspecting the site, they help achieve both the look and functionality of the project, avoiding any straying from the design. Their careful attention ensures the final result meets client expectations and reflects the intended design perfectly.

LET'S REVIEW THE BENEFITS
